These Terms apply alongside the individual terms of the third-party platforms and payment providers.

3. Nature of the Services

All products offered through 20kgateway are digital content and/or online services, including:

  • Online workshops
  • PDF materials, templates, or worksheets
  • Membership access
  • Course material hosted on PayHip or Thinkific

No physical goods are shipped.

Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment.

4. Account Registration and Access

To access certain purchases, you may be required to create an account on PayHip or Thinkific.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Not sharing access with third parties

If account sharing, piracy, or unauthorized redistribution is detected, we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and without refund.

5. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

7. Refund Policy

7.1 EU Consumers — Statutory Withdrawal Right (14 Days)

If you reside in the EU, you generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right.

However, for digital content, this right can expire early if:

  1. You request or access the digital content immediately, and
  2. You explicitly agree to waive your withdrawal right at checkout.

We may require this confirmation during checkout to deliver your content without delay, as permitted under EU law.

7.2 Non-EU Consumers — Voluntary Refund Policy (Conditional)

For customers outside the EU, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund, but only if you have consumed less than 50% of the course or workshop.

If you have accessed 50% or more of the course content, no refund will be granted.

8. No Guarantee of Results

  • Business results
  • Income levels
  • Client acquisition
  • Transformation or success of any kind

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through 20kgateway — including videos, text, graphics, images, templates, worksheets, PDFs, exercises, scripts, and course structure — is the exclusive property of Mads Rechenburg (or licensed third parties).

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your own personal or internal business use.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits), except where required by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
